Does the AI change my product?
Not in exact mode. The product is placed pixel for pixel, so the label and logo are always right. In creative mode the AI can blend the product more freely into the scene, so check the details before you publish.
What is a credit?
1 credit gives 1 image. Ads and captions don’t cost credits. If an image fails, you get the credit back. Credits refill every month and don’t carry over.
What kind of photo do I need?
A clear photo of the product, a phone photo is fine. The background doesn’t matter, Luvo removes it for you.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. You can freely use the images, ads and captions you make in your own business, including paid advertising.
How do I cancel?
Under Subscription in Luvo. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for and won’t be charged again.
Can I pay in Norwegian kroner?
Yes. Prices are shown in dollars, but customers in Norway can pay in kroner. You can add your company name and number so they appear on the receipt.
