Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026
1. About Luvo
Luvo is an online service that creates product images, ads and copy for web shops using artificial intelligence. It is provided by Suksessklubb AS (org. no. 932 684 306), Tangen 24, 4608 Kristiansand, Norway, kontakt@luvo.no. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Luvo. If you use Luvo on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to enter into agreements for it. You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your login to yourself.
3. Subscription, credits and payment
- Luvo requires a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown on the subscription page in Luvo, in US dollars (USD) per month. Customers in Norway may see and be charged the amount in Norwegian kroner at Stripe’s exchange rate.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month, and your card is charged until you cancel.
- Each month you get a number of credits based on your plan. 1 credit gives 1 generated image. Ads and copy don’t cost credits. Unused credits don’t carry over to the next month.
- If an image generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
- If you change plan, the new plan applies from the change. Your credits are then set to the new plan’s monthly amount, and Stripe adjusts the charge proportionally.
- We may change our prices. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply to you, so you can cancel first.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time under Subscription → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and won’t be charged again. We don’t refund partly used periods unless the law gives you that right. We may end or suspend your account in case of serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
5. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian law, counted from the day you enter into the agreement. When you order a subscription, you ask us to start delivering right away. If you withdraw, you pay for the part of the service you have used, based on how many of the month’s credits you have used, and we refund the rest within 14 days. Let us know at kontakt@luvo.no before the deadline. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.
6. Acceptable use
- You must have the right to use the images, logos and other content you upload.
- You may not use Luvo for illegal content, to infringe the rights of others (for example trademarks, copyright or privacy), or for misleading marketing.
- You are responsible for the ads and content you publish, including that they follow marketing law and the rules of the platforms you use.
- You may not try to get around limits in the service, misuse it, or extract data automatically.
7. Content and rights
- You keep the rights to the content you upload. You give us the right to process it as far as needed to provide the service.
- You may freely use the images, ads and copy you create with Luvo in your own business, including commercially.
- Content made with artificial intelligence may resemble content others create, and it may contain mistakes, for example in text, details or how the product is shown. Always review content before you publish it.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Luvo available and working well, but cannot promise that the service will always be free of errors or available. We may develop, change or remove features. Changes that make the service significantly worse for you will be announced by email in advance.
9. Liability
For business customers, our total liability is limited to what you have paid for Luvo in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or profit. For consumers, your rights under consumer law apply and are not limited by these terms.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
Norwegian law applies to this agreement. We will first try to resolve any disagreement amicably. Consumers can also get help from the Norwegian Consumer Council. Disputes that cannot be resolved go to Agder District Court, unless mandatory law gives consumers the right to sue where they live.
